Once we receive your order we will send you an email to confirm your order and begin processing, we will pre-authorize your payment at this time. After we confirm that the item(s) you purchased are in stock we will process your payment and expedite your order for immediate shipment. Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days with our goal being to ship within 24 hours of confirmation. How will I know if my order is confirmed and has shipped?
We do the best we can to make sure that items listed on our website are in stock. Due to sales volume, occasionally items will be back ordered or temporarily unavailable. We will notify you via email if this happens.
- What if the item is not in stock?
Please inspect purchases thoroughly upon arrival. All orders are inspected before shipment, so it is quite rare for an item to arrive damaged. If upon inspection you find damage please email us and send photos immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then file an insurance claim on your behalf.

If you cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment there will be no cancellation fee and you will receive a complete refund. If the item is already has already shipped you will be responsible for return shipping. If a refund needs to be issued it must be refunded on the same credit card.
If for some reason you don't find yourself satisfied with your order you can return it in the original, new, unused condition within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Please return all items in original, new, unused condition with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number or your return could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Don't worry, this is a rare occurrence and we only use it as a last resort. *Power House Inc products must be inspected upon delivery and accepted. Once accepted only returns for non-conforming goods are accepted within 10days. *Sea Eagle products have a 3-year Guarantee against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase but they will not accept any merchandise returns for credit. Under the unlikely case that there is a defect, they will gladly either repair or replace your item. Other products may have restrictions, check the product page.
- Do you accept returns or are all sales final?
To start the return process please contact us at email@example.com. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be used when returning an item. Items shipped without a valid RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If there is damage or an error is made, we will cover the shipping costs, if not the customer will be responsible.
