JIF Marine Dock Ladder are constructed with 6005T-5 Aluminum, not 6063T-5, making them 22% stronger.  All JIF Marine Dock Lift Ladder feature no-gap welding on the steps and other parts of the ladder. This attention to detail strengthens the ladder and allows for a tremendous 750lbs weight capacity per step! Plastic caps are glued and pop riveted to ensure that they stay in place.

The JIF Marine warranty includes either a repair or replacement of the product as appropriate with a 2 year no hassle replacement. It should be noted that some components, particularly those made of rubber or plastic, will wear over time and such normal wear and tear is not part of our warranty. Similarly, we do not cover damage done to a ladder through any misuse, improper installation or neglect.
